Orange Cake Mix (450g)

Ingredients

Sugar, rice flour, corn starch, emulsifier: (polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, propylene glycol, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, sorbitan monostearate), baking powder: (sodium acid pyrophosphate and sodium bicarbonate), maltodextrin, flavoring, thickener: (carboxymethyl cellulose) and salt.
GLUTEN FREE.

Preparation

150mL cold water
2 tbsp oil (20mL)

With Lactose

3 eggs
150mL milk
2 tbsp margarine (40g)

Preheat the oven to medium heat (180˚C - 356˚F) for 10 minutes. Prepare the batter according to the chosen method (lactose free or with lactose), beat with a mixer for 5 minutes. Pour the batter into a greased pan and bake in a preheated oven according to the indicated time (depends on the size and shape of the tray).

Round - 10 inches - 40 to 50 minutes
Rectangular - 8.5 x 13 inches - 35 to 45 minutes
Tube – 8.5 x 10 inches - 40 to 50 minutes
